How do I check live bus and train times in Brisbane?+

How much does public transport cost in Brisbane?+

Every trip on the Translink South East Queensland network is currently a flat 50 cent fare, paid by tapping on and off with your phone, a bank card or a go card. The one exception is the Airtrain to Brisbane Airport, which has its own fare.

How do I find the last train or bus home?+

Use Last Service Home: enter where you are and GoThere shows tonight's latest train, bus or ferry back across the Translink network, so you know the safest time to leave. There are also last-train guides for the popular suburbs.

What's the best way to get to UQ, QUT or Griffith?+

UQ St Lucia is best reached on the 412 bus or the CityCat ferry, which stops on campus. QUT Gardens Point is a ten minute walk from Central station, QUT Kelvin Grove and Griffith Nathan have busway stations on campus, and Griffith's Gold Coast campus has its own G:link tram stop. How do I get to Brisbane Airport by train?+

The Airtrain runs from Central, Roma Street and Fortitude Valley to both airport terminals in about 20 minutes, roughly every 15 to 30 minutes from around 5am to 10pm. It charges its own fare, about $23 one way, separate from the 50c network.
