If you need a space, take an earlier train, or try the station one stop further out, which will frequently have room when the closer one is full.

Is park 'n' ride free in Brisbane?+

Yes. Park 'n' ride car parks at Translink stations are free to use, and you pay only the flat 50 cent fare for the trip itself. You can park from the first service of the day until the last. Leave a car parked and unmoved for days on end and it may be treated as abandoned.

Which Brisbane station has the most parking?+

The biggest commuter car parks are on the outer rail lines, where most people drive to the station. Do I have to pay for parking at a train station?+

Not at a Translink park 'n' ride. Train station car parks are managed by Queensland Rail and some bus and ferry car parks by Brisbane City Council, and both are free for people using public transport. Paid parking near a station is a private operator, not park 'n' ride.
