These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GoThere. Please read them carefully before using the service.

By accessing or using GoThere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
About GoThere
GoThere is an independent journey planning tool designed to help users compare transport options across South East Queensland. GoThere is not a transport operator and does not provide transport services.
Information provided
Journey information, travel times, route suggestions, service alerts and fare guidance are provided for general informational purposes only. Information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable from time to time.
No guarantee of accuracy
While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate information, GoThere does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability or suitability of any information displayed on the platform.
Travel decisions
You are solely responsible for any travel decisions you make. Before travelling, you should verify relevant service information, timetables, disruptions, fares and operational updates directly with the relevant transport operator.
Third-party data and services
GoThere relies on information supplied by third-party providers, including mapping, routing and transport data services. GoThere does not control these providers and is not responsible for inaccuracies, outages or changes in third-party data.
Transport data attribution
Public transport timetable and real-time service data is © State of Queensland (Department of Transport and Main Roads, trading as TransLink) and is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0), available at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. This data is provided by the State of Queensland “as is”. The State of Queensland gives no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currency or suitability of the data and accepts no liability for any loss, damage or cost arising from its use. Your use of this data within GoThere is at your own risk.
Location services
If you choose to use location-based features, GoThere may use your device location solely for the purpose of calculating routes and nearby locations. Location access remains under your control and may be disabled at any time through your device settings.
Acceptable use
You must not use GoThere in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, or breach any applicable law.
Service availability
GoThere may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service.
Intellectual property
The GoThere name, branding, design, content and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, logos and service names remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Important legal notice
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoThere and its owners, operators, contributors and service providers exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense or claim arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to missed connections, travel delays, missed appointments, business losses, inaccurate information, service outages or reliance on information displayed by GoThere.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of GoThere will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Independent service
GoThere is not operated by, endorsed by, affiliated with or acting on behalf of Translink, Queensland Rail, Brisbane City Council, Google, Airtrain or any other transport operator. All third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
